This tropical marvel is a powerhouse of Vitamin C, containing a concentration that is approximately 40 times greater than that of an orange, reaching up to 4%. Moreover, it holds the prestigious recognition as one of the fruits with the most potent antioxidant properties.

Our History
Over a decade ago, Dr. Louis Tjon-A-Meeuw, a distinguished Swiss cardiologist with Surinamese roots, established Swisssur. His primary objective was to contribute meaningfully to his homeland.
In his quest to make a positive impact, sustainability became the cornerstone of Swisssur's operations. The company has had a significant ecological focus, while also emphasizing social responsibility. Swisssur has effectively bolstered the local economy of a socioeconomically underdeveloped region of Suriname by creating numerous job opportunities.
Moreover, Swisssur has emerged as a platform for experiential learning in the field of organic farming. It has hosted students from Suriname and Europe, providing them invaluable hands-on experience. This initiative is more than just an educational opportunity—it is an investment in Suriname's long-term economic development.
